Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes 3 to 12 business days in the US (items from our US warehouses often arrive sooner) and 7 to 12 business days in Canada, all with tracking.

Shipping is a flat $4.99 for smaller items, or $9.99 when your order includes a larger item. It is free on orders of $100 USD or more, in both the US and Canada.

We ship to all 50 US states and all Canadian provinces and territories. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or other countries yet. Canadian orders may be subject to import duties or taxes collected on delivery.

Yes. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

All sales are final, so we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering.
