Free size switch

Wrong size on a sized item, like a dog harness, dog jacket or sleep sack? Email info@clutchessentials.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need, and we will send the right size free.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Email info@clutchessentials.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video. Once confirmed, we will send a free replacement or a full refund, including original shipping. If a manufacturing defect appears within 30 days of delivery under normal use, we will replace or refund the item.

Change of mind

Apart from the free size switch, we are not able to accept returns for change of mind. Not sure before you buy? Email us and we will help you choose.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, we will reship or refund it.

Cancellations

Cancel within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund by emailing us.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
