Shipping

Every order is checked for quality before it ships. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, then delivered with tracking.

• United States: 3 to 12 business days from your order. Items from our US warehouses often arrive sooner.
• Canada: 7 to 12 business days from your order.

Shipping is a flat $4.99 for smaller items, or $9.99 when your order includes a larger item, and it is free on orders of $100 USD or more, to both the US and Canada. We ship to all 50 US states and all Canadian provinces and territories. Orders to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by Canadian customs or the carrier, which are paid by the customer.

Free size switch

Wrong size on a sized item, like a dog harness, dog jacket or sleep sack? Email info@clutchessentials.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need, and we will send the right size free.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email info@clutchessentials.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to send the item back unless we ask.

Change of mind

Apart from the free size switch, we are not able to accept returns for change of mind. Not sure before you buy? Email us and we will help you choose.

Lost or late orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us and we will reship or refund it.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering by emailing us.
