Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes 3 to 12 business days in the US (items from our US warehouses often arrive sooner) and 7 to 12 business days in Canada, all with tracking. Flat-rate shipping: $4.99 for smaller items, or $9.99 when your order includes a larger item. Free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
Returns and refunds
All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
Care and safety
Care: unplug and let cool completely before cleaning. Wipe the plates with a soft damp cloth. Do not submerge the appliance in water.
Tip: keep the cord away from the hot plates while cooking, and lightly grease the plates before the first waffle.
