Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes 3 to 12 business days in the US (items from our US warehouses often arrive sooner) and 7 to 12 business days in Canada, all with tracking. Flat-rate shipping: $4.99 for smaller items, or $9.99 when your order includes a larger item. Free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
Returns and refunds
All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
Care and safety
Care: hand wash in cool water with mild soap, air dry. Do not bleach, iron or tumble dry.
Tip: check the straps, buckles and stitching before each walk, and replace the harness if anything looks worn.
